New Thursday evening outdoor marketplace is up and running for the 2015-2016 season. Bean Scene Sunset Marketplace is hosted at the Secret Garden Café not-for-profit culinary incubator program, 410 E. Boynton Beach Blvd, Boynton Beach, FL 33435, just west of Federal Hwy. Featuring eclectic market dinners by rotating guest chefs (Oct. 22 Cajun Vegan Indulgence by Chef Lynn Dorsey of Magick in Your Kitchen), live music, the finest local, organic produce; small-batch prepared foods, pastries (all vegan with plentiful gluten-free options), raw & fermented foods, cruelty-free beauty products, wellness practitioners, plants, worm compost, crafts and craft beer & organic wine. Grow your plant-based know-how with free cooking demos and skill-share workshops. Sponsored by the City of Boynton Beach, the Boynton Beach Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA), Rawsome Eats, Simply Radiant, Secret Garden Café and Mother Earth Sanctuary Café of Lake Worth. Bean Scene Florida promotes compassion, vitality and a sustainable future by linking plant-based producers and consumers, building a rich, diverse community and strengthening the local economy.
This homegrown collaboration also hosts cooking demos and provides event planning services & artisanal food placement in South Florida.
